What GPointo is
GPointo is software for booking appointments and running a service business. Clients find a business and book a time. Businesses keep their calendar, services and clients in one place.
The service itself is provided by the business, not by GPointo. The agreement about the service, its price and its quality is between the client and the business.
Your account
Enter accurate information and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You answer for what is done through your account. You can delete the account at any time in the account settings.
For clients
Booking through GPointo is free. Each business sets its own rules for cancelling, changing and missing an appointment, and those rules are shown before you book.
For businesses
A business answers for the accuracy of its services, prices and working hours, for the work it does, and for the data of its clients that it enters into GPointo. It may use that data only for its work with those clients.
Plans and payment
Businesses pay for a plan for the period shown on the pricing page, where the current plans and prices are. A plan renews for the same period until it is cancelled, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, taxes, invoices and returns.
Payments from clients to a business go through that business's own payment processor, never through Paddle.

What is not allowed
- Using GPointo for anything against the law, or for fake bookings and fake reviews.
- Sending advertising or unwanted messages through GPointo's notifications.
- Trying to reach other people's data, or disturbing the work of the system.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Content and data
Texts and photos you enter stay yours. You allow us to store and show them as far as GPointo needs to work. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep GPointo running without interruption, but we cannot promise that it always will. As far as the law allows, we do not answer for indirect damage or lost profit. Rights that the law gives consumers are not limited by these terms.
Changes and applicable law
We publish changes on this page and let you know by e-mail about the important ones before they apply. The law of the Republic of Serbia applies to these terms.
