Who is responsible
DESHODES DOO ZEMUN runs GPointo and is responsible for the data of your account. A business you book with is responsible for what it keeps about its clients for its own work.
What we keep
- Account: name, e-mail, phone, language, time zone, last sign-in and settings for notifications. We keep the password only in a form that cannot be read back.
- Appointments: what you booked, where and when, including appointments you enter yourself, and your inquiries, messages and reviews.
- What you add yourself: answers, photos and documents for a booking, and the people and things you book for, such as a family member, a pet or a car.
- For a business: company details, services, working hours, staff and the clients it enters.
- Technical data: the address of your device for security and error logs, and the push subscription if you turn on notifications.
Why we keep it
To book and show your appointments, to send confirmations and reminders, to protect accounts and to meet our legal duties. The basis is our agreement with you, your consent where we ask for it, our legal duties and our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe. We do not sell your data.
What a business sees
When you book, the business gets your name, your contact details and what the booking needs. It does not see your appointments at other businesses.
Who works with us
These providers receive only what they need for their part of the work:
- Brevo sends e-mail.
- BulkGate sends text messages about appointments.
- The push services of your browser and phone deliver notifications.
- Anthropic provides the AI behind the assistant, the receptionist of a business and translation. It receives the text being worked on.
- Paddle sells our plans to businesses and handles their payment details. We do not see card numbers.
Our data is on a server in Serbia. Some providers work from other countries, so data can leave Serbia when they do their part of the work.
Signing in with Google or Apple
If you choose this, we receive your name, your e-mail and the id of your account there, and we use them only to sign you in. We do not read anything else from those accounts and do not pass this data on.
Cookies and files from other sites
We use only the cookies the site needs: for signing in, for protecting forms and for remembering an invitation. The browser also remembers your theme. We have no cookies for advertising or for tracking visits.
The site loads fonts from Google and, where needed, the map from OpenStreetMap and unpkg, and the sign-in buttons from Google and Apple. Those services see the address of your device when that happens.
How long we keep it
As long as you have an account. When you delete it, upcoming appointments are cancelled and the businesses are told. Your e-mail, phone, password, sign-ins and messages are removed. Businesses keep only that the visit took place. Data that the law requires us to keep stays for as long as the law says.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or take your data, to limit how we use it, and to object to its use. Consent you gave can be withdrawn at any time. In the account settings you can download your data and delete the account yourself.
You can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

We publish changes on this page and let you know by e-mail about the important ones.
