What this applies to
This policy applies only to the plans businesses pay for. Clients book for free and pay GPointo nothing, so there is nothing to return to them from us.
Plans
We return a plan payment if you ask for it within 14 days of that payment.
Plans are sold through Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for every order. The money goes back through Paddle, to the same payment method you paid with.
How to ask
Write to us from the contact page, with the name of the business and the e-mail address of the account.
Cancelling a plan
You can cancel a plan at any time. It keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew after that.
Payments to a business
When a client pays a business for a service, the money goes through that business's own payment processor, not through GPointo or Paddle. Refunds for those payments follow the rules of that business, so ask the business.
